Greece: Incendiary attack against the office of MP & former Minister of Justice C. Athanasiou

After the discovery of the anarchist organization’s Conspiracy of Cells of Fire escape plan, from Koridallos Prison, at the beginning of the year, the “benevolent” institution of Alexandras avenue and the, several times, corrupted Counter Terrorism Unit (Special Violent Crime Squad) coordinated an unprecedented attack against the organization’s relatives and friendly environment, which was attended by the equivalent propaganda, during the election period. Two months later, after detentions, arrests and calls for interrogation to family and friends, on March 2nd, the crescendo of this media dissonance reached its highest point when the Counter Terrorism Unit puppets landed to Salamina island and arrested the wanted comrade Aggeliki Spiropoulou, who sought refuge to the home of Athena Tsakalou, mother of Christos and Gerasimos Tsakalos, imprisoned C.C.F. members, while, during Aggeliki’s arrest, Gerasimos’ wife, Evi Statiri, was also at home, and was also arrested on charges of harboring a criminal, that was later upgraded to accession and participation in the organization. The two women are transferred like cop’s trophies to GADA, among cameras and crime reporters and are pre-trial detained, under a fast-track procedure. The 60-year-old mother of the Tsakalos brothers, who – unasked – came along to the prosecutor in charge, was also pre-trial detained. The imprisoned members of the organization and A. Spiropoulou declared the beginning of a hunger strike, demanding only the immediate release of their relatives. After 32 days of a hard hunger strike, the comrades’ and the solidarity movement’s struggle is victorious, since a specific amendment is passed in the Parliament, concerning the release of detainees’ relatives. However, despite the release of Ath. Tsakalou under the most serious restrictive conditions, Evi Statiri remains imprisoned, as her successive requests for release, are emotively rejected by the special appellate magistrate Eftihis Nikopoulos and the judicial councils under the presidency of Isidora Poga (she also rejected the request for lifting of the restrictive conditions of A. Tsakalou, on the grounds that there’s no reason for her to visit her children in prison as well as going to the Nikaia General Hospital, to do a necessary medical examination) and Erieta Halevidou.

From the above, we come to the conclusion that the passing of the amendment was a gross persiflage of the hunger strikers – for which the first-time-left SYRIZA government’s Minister of Justice, Nikos Paraskevopoulos, bears personal responsibility – and that the organization members’ relatives’ hostage situation is an insidious emotional blackmail by the law enforcement authorities – whose prestige had been damaged by the discovery of the escape plan – against the imprisoned comrades, who, all these years, remain uncompromising in the cells of Democracy. For those who are aware of the CCF case, it is clear that the prosecution of the organization members’ relatives, was the peak of an escalating treaty, formed in the recent years by the police-judicial complex of the Greek state, which uses the specific case as a tank of prosecutions against anarchist comrades from the whole spectrum of the anarchist milieu and seek to isolate the imprisoned urban guerrillas, establish fear within the insurrectional circles, through making the detainees an example and through their persistent hostage situation of the restrictive conditions imposed, and prevent new comrades from the choices of the anarchist fight and the urban guerrilla warfare, creating this way a permanent state of emergency, in which everyone can be imprisoned, just because they are related to C.C.F. as comrades – friends – relatives.

So, after 6 months of pre-trial detention, on September 14th, 2015, Evi Statiri begins a hunger strike, in order to put an end to her continuing captivity… Within the frame of Evi’s struggle, early morning of Friday, October 2nd, we chose to attack the office of the Member of Parliament and former Minister of Justice, Charalabos Athanasiou, in the center of Mytilene.

Our attack was an act of solidarity, rage and memory. It was a solidarity signal to Evi who, during those days, with her body as a weapon, asserted her freedom, against the criminalization of the family and friendly relationships of the political prisoners. Evi stood up towards the fear of the Authority’s shadow, that wished to wreak its revenge on her companion, Gerasimos Tsakalos, and punish her for the years she has stood by him. Her victorious hunger strike and her release proved that if you choose to face the fear straight in the eyes, fear will be scared and will retreat…

It was an act of rage for the days and the work of Ch. Athanasiou. Athanasiou, as a modern inquisitor, is the head of a judicial clique (among which also is the Advocate of the Supreme Court E. Goutzamani, who  from the same place as Athanasiou) that, through scheming and machinations “set” judicial cases, do favors to their own people, extort in the interests of the conservative oligarchy of the mobsters of Mount Athos (Efraim case) and the loathsome priesthood… In spite of the leaks of the ND (New Democracy) Press Office on his forthcoming dismissal from the ministerial chair, during the government reshuffle of that period, due to his “inexpedient” handling of the Golden Dawn case, the former president of the Union of Magistrates and Prosecutors remained in place as political supervisor of the Greek Justice, in some mysterious way, pertained to the godparenthood of Antonis Samaras’ kinfolk with a local lobby of magnates and personal friends. After covering the accounting scandal in which he played a leading part, through the concealment of his assets, Athanasiou purports to be the chastiser of the dissidents and the political prisoners. He was the Minister of Justice who inaugurated the high-security prisons (type C), in Domokos, for urban guerrillas and “dangerous” convicts serving long sentences. Even after his retirement from the ministry, he attended to let his foster children in the appropriate posts of power, in order for them to complete his work. King of the castle, the special appellate magistrate E. Nikopoulos (planted in this position by Athanasiou and his uncle Vasilis Nikopoulos, former president of the Supreme Court, who is involved in a pedophilia case in Northern Greece, defending an Archimandrite and threatening witnesses). E. Nikopoulos, strictly following the instructions of his mentor Ch. Athanasiou, launches a fierce counter-terrorism campaign. He is responsible for the shut-off of anarchist Nikos Romanos’ educational leaves, as well as initiator of the most fascist persecution of relatives of political prisoners, with the pre-trial detaining of A. Tsakalou and E. Statiri.

It was an act of memory, as the persecution of political prisoners’ relatives, the new places of exile and the murdering restrictive orders (ban on leaving the Salamina island for A. Tsakalou, ban on distancing over 1km away from her home and ban on the communication with her companion G. Tsakalos for E. Statiri) bring back in mind other iron-clad periods. Periods during which thousands of people were transferred to Makronisos island, to Ai Stratis and other places of oblivion, for the regime fear to win. Periods during which the family of Athanasiou worked with the Germans snitching on guerrillas. In fact his father, who was a well-known traitor, when captivated by guerrillas, was spared… It seems that spying was the legacy left by the father to his son, who’s today, in turn, chasing anarchists.

Moreover, we’re sending another message, through our attack: The responsibilities of those who serve the power are neither forgotten nor are retired… Those who play with our comrades’ lives, who built walls and raise bars in order to keep us apart, those who have blood on their gown, should not feel secure, never and nowhere… Our enemy always has a name and an address!

Chile: Incendiary attack against the Chilean Air Force by Fire & Consciousness cell (FAI-IRF)

In a political scenario of obvious decomposition of the traditional representative forces comes a  wide range of proposals seeking to reform the model of domination by constructing 'popular' ways to administer power, our choice continues to be a complete break from the world of authority as the only way out from the catastrophe of domination.

And with this break, direct attacks against the institutions and representatives of power continue to propagate the need for individual and collective revolt for the destruction of the existant social order as our search for freedom continues. 

Armed with these ideas transformed into a few grams of gunpowder, a few liters of gasoline and a trigger mechanism that allowed us time to make a safe exit, we launched an incendiary attack in the early hours of October 6th against the Chilean Air Force Personnel Command Religious Service building located on Cienfuegos street in central Santiago. This was carried out at such a time and with a small incendiary load in order to prevent passers-by being harmed as they are not the target of our attacks.

For reasons unknown to us, our device did not generate the damage we expected it to. However, when looking at the effectiveness of this action, the  planning, implementation and realization of it alone shows that anarchist attack is still possible - that power is vulnerable and not everything is under their control. 

The motivation for our action was not just impunity towards the repression that occurred during the dictatorship, but also the very existence of the Armed Forces itself that we struck as part of the continuous attack against all manifestations of the State (democratic, dictatorial, popular) and against all forms of domination.

With this action we continue the trajectory that was initiated by other revolutionaries who engaged in armed struggle against the impunity of the repressors that has been sustained by the  agreement between the current ruling elite and the agents of the dictatorship that ensured a peacefully negotiated transition towards democracy.

Once more we call on all enemies of oppression to contribute to the diffusion of attacks against power as part of the broad struggle of confrontation to regain our lives.

Rebellious actions and the fires of insurrection can materialize in many ways however we need to sharpen our discourse and our praxis so that simple acts connect with more forceful actions.

It is important that these actions are well planned but it is equally crucial to sharpen our awareness of our actions and their consequences.  The correspondence between types of discourse and types of action always calls for a break from the complacency that ensnares the struggle and to break from the idea of violence against oppressors being motivated purely by simple youthful adrenaline.

All actions contribute, but not all are the same.

Strengthening and deepening our ideas prevents situations such as the placing of a banner being claimed with guerrilla style language or incendiary / explosive actions being claimed with simplistic 'against everything and for nothing' type discourse.

Let's dispense with the vagueness and self-referential pompousness.

We did not invent gunpowder, in other words we are not super humans who are removed from reality. We are anti-authoritarian comrades conspiring in affinity and informality speaking with facts to call for the diffusion of attacks against power. We face not only the servants of authority who condemn acts of revolutionary violence but also those who minimize their inaction via critiques that make accusations of militaristic fetishism.

Anybody who believes that the attacks can be further enhanced, then get to work! We have already begun.

Brazil: Incendiary attack against an ITAU Bank branch by Movimente Insurgente Anarquista

"We have this fantasy that our interests and the interests of the super-rich are the same - as if, somehow, the wealthy will eventually become so full that they will explode and rain sweets down on all of us as if they were some kind of benevolent piñata. But here's the truth about the piñatas...they do not break by themselves, you have to hit them with a stick."

The recent attack on a branch of Bradesco bank raised some doubt among corporate media journalists. Indeed, the bomb placed in the third box did not explode. The motive reported by some media was the theft of their rotten money. After all, a bomb containing 5 liters of gasoline and some additives would never explode an ATM. 

Our intention was to burn down one of the numerous temples of capital that today stand like tentacles on every corner.

So on the night of September 13, 2015, we carried out another incendiary attack against a bank branch. This time we targeted ITAU who in the second business quarter of 2015 made an obscene income of R$5.9 billion.

Apparently, cashing in on interest and speculating on other people's work is the only thing that actually continues to move the already rusty gears of the capitalist superstructure. It's the insanity of our times, where the weakest live in crisis while those at the top feast at our expense. The attacks upon the lower classes they call the 'adjustment', any attack against the upper classes they call 'terrorism.'

As if that was not enough, the puppet Dilma Rousseff attacks the workers with harsh austerity measures, divestment and cuts to social programs and we still have to swallow a congress full of rats and worms - and all strains of parasites - fattening their stomachs with money coming from the lobbying of corporations, companies, banks and agribusiness. Suits acting in their own interests against the wishes of the people. This is what is known as 'democracy.'

Representative democracy - capitalized and financialized to the core - is nothing more than the analogy of a cannibalistic dinner - every four years we vote to choose which sauce we will be eaten alive with.

Regarding the cynical and treacherous Rouseff government, we must emphasize: There is no coup underway. It's management benefits precisely the same sectors that overthrew Jango and Getúlio last century. There is nothing for them to fear, since the coup sectors are now well filled and further protected under the mantle of a 'socialist government.' There is not even a democracy to be defended. The political regime of the broken; the suburbs and slums of Brazil has always been the military dictatorship. We do not want to choose the sauce, we want to get out of the oven and decapitate the cook!

The state, foreseeing the collapse of the capitalist system in the not too distant future has begun to make it's move on the chess board, using the horses and the pawns to protect the King. From Brazil to Spain - through to Italy, Ireland, Portugal and Greece - what we now are seeing is the desperation of the ruling classes as they re-position the repressive apparatuses once more to attack the youth and the workers.

The anti-terrorism law, which is guided today by congress, has gone far beyond the censorship of a few years ago. One again in the name of 'security' they take aim at freedom. It's an attempt to silence those who refuse to accept the iron yoke of austerity that has resulted from the endless feast of the upper classes. Are terrorists because we burn a bank? Yes we are. But we are no more terrorists than those who under the direct order of the State are slaughtering the blacks, the poor and others on the periphery. No more than those who are attacking the teachers and the strikers. No more terrorists than those who sell tear gas, missiles and weapons to the Zionist regime of Israel. The real terror is imposed from the top down, from those who have the money and equipment to utilise terror as a method of social and financial domination.

Comrades, to burn a bank is nothing more than a direct reaction to what is usually called 'social peace.' something that we prefer to call 'the silence of the oppressed.' 

It is obvious that the time for this has stopped. 

We will continue to burn and sabotage everything that represents the mainstay of your fortress that was built on other people's blood and sweat. From banks to the palaces of kings and corporation to the houses of senators, mayors and presidents.

We must emphasize however that we know it is not feasible to destroy the superstructure and replace it with a new social order based on equality and freedom by simply burning some bank branches. We are aware that such actions only constitute a cry of desperation to the sleeping masses trying to labour under the dream that one day they will become leaders or bosses when the reality is that underneath their feet will alway be tied chains of iron.

There is a famous quote by Henry Ford, one of the patrons of the current capitalist system that says: "It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."

We begin our journey of attacks against corporations and banks causing maximum damage with minimum risk. The target of the revolution and it's ensuing chaos is not the worker or the woman who cleans the floor of the bourgeois for a few crumbs, the target is the system that allows the existence of such an unequal relationship.

Some may argue that by burning a bank that we are causing damage to those at the bottom as well as those at the top by depriving the latter of access to routine processes that require a bank branch. To this we respond with the cruel truth of history: structural changes require sacrifice.

To those who draw inspiration from our actions, we call on you to organize regionally and carry out your own actions. Two people and a few liters of gasoline can impose more chaos on the social order than a thousand or even a hundred thousand peaceful and obedient people could ever achieve.

Organize into autonomous cells of MIA or any other revolutionary insurgency. Make fire and gunpowder your battle cry!

Also, do not listen to media anchors subservient to imperialism - the soulless children of those who once slaughtered the Indigenous on Brazilian soil. Accumulators of gold and capital, indirect genocidal killers who sever the supreme link to humanity that remains for all of us: the Truth.

The media will always attack the subversive using it's full arsenal. Just read a few pages of the newspapers or watch a few minutes of any TV channel and you will observe the furious defense by certain anchors of their sponsors. Like guard dogs they will do whatever it takes to maintain the pristine image of the banks, companies and even nations that continue to finance the media in Brazil, a type of relationship that is very reminiscent of feudalism.

We cry: do not trust in Kings, shepherds, media or bankers. All authority represents the hundreds of pillars that support our misery.

Today's attack begins the long life cycle of a future anarchist urban guerilla warfare, which begins in Brazil as a flash in the pan.

At dawn on September 2, 2015 we torched:

- 2 National Bank ATMs in the neighborhood of Galatsi
- 1 ATM of Alpha Bank in Patisia district
- 1 Piraeus Bank ATM in the suburb of Peristeria
- as well as smashing a Piraeus Bank ATM in the district of Galatsi

Our only motivation was our desire to attack. Attacking a prison-society that tries to mold, discriminate and classify our needs, desires and relationships and adapt them to serve it's objectives: the perpetuation of a system of repression and the strategic manipulation of subjectivity and diversity.

The commitment we have to succeed as anarchists is the following one: ensuring that we impose the flow of our world that runs on the rhythms that determine our anarchistic wills away from the lights of the machines of Power; against the social reality of economic, scientific and ideological domination, the morality of commerce and of a world that is classified and commodified to produce questions with ready-made answers.

Against this framework of domination we choose to continue insurrectionist action in the here and now. It is clear that the apparatus of power will do all that it can to repress anything that is opposed to the economizing of life. This has the consequence of it being socially acceptable for power to be applied to the greatest extent in prisons. In the dungeons of democracy there are those who choose to act on the basis of their desires for freedom instead of accepting servitude and nonexistence. The anarchist prisoners are our comrades in the war against the existent and we are not going to abandon them to their fates between the jaws of the judicial complex of shit. We must not forget our imprisoned comrades but we do not have to idolize them. We would like to make it clear that we do not fear the consequences of our actions nor any questions or doubts about their value. 

The prisoner's positions have remained consistent and unaltered despite the conditions of their confinement. This is why the authorities uses the dirtiest methods to try and break them. The organs of Power with their characteristic vendetta do not hesitate to criminalize solidarity as well as family and personal relationships making it's vindictive mania even more obvious - as in the case of Athena Tsakalou, mother of Gerasimos and Christos Tsakalos and of the life partner of Gerasimos, Evi Statiri.

This first wave of attacks is a response to the vindictive blows of the State, as well as a signal of solidarity with anarchist prisoners worldwide.

In the current context of recent state reforms that have resulted in increased sentences for the possession and use of incendiary devices and/or explosives, coupled with the many cases of imprisonments related to insurrectionist violence (bombings, burning of buses and incendiary actions by encapuchados outside universities), one might be made to think that there is no longer any space for offensive actions against Dominion and it's normality, the perfect excuse for those who have always found justifications for postponing their own revolt against the existent. 

However, the long history of revolts, rebellions and conspiracies shows us that the systems of domination have always been and always will be vulnerable, and that it is always possible to find space for revolt and direct attack against the structures, symbols, institutions and representatives of oppression.

The relationships of authority, power and submission have expressed themselves throughout history and in the present via a multiplicity of practices, models and systems of domination.

Throughout the exploitation and dominion over nature and over human beings and other animals, each model of domination (patriarchy, caste system, industrial/financial/technological/capitalism etc) materializes by means of authoritarian relations between individuals sustained via interaction with a wide range of buildings, objects, goods, infrastructure and representatives such as politicians, businessmen, police officers, military men, journalists, scientists, lawyers and other servants of the powerful as well as drug traffickers, Johns, clergyman and so on who are able to do what they please in order to maintain their privileges largely due to the absence of insurgent activity combined with the apathy, fear and/or complacency of the civil and exploited masses.

Therefore every action that aims directly at the representatives of dominion and/or at it's industrial and technological infrastructure, although it may not in itself tear down the whole of dominion, still interrupts and obstructs the flow of information, goods and social relationships that enable the everyday continuance of the imposed order. 

It is the multiplication and proliferation of these types of actions that makes them a direct threat, something that only be achieved by breaking the lethargy and taking to the streets armed with our desire for freedom and a determination to leave concrete wounds in the network of domination.

How can we sit and watch the days go on and on without acting, without going on the offensive, without taking an active role in the struggle against domination?

For us this intolerable which is why opted for the risk of anarchy rather than living our lives removed from struggle waiting for future insurrectionist moments.

Because it is our actions in the present that are the only things that we have to demonstrate who we are and what we want.

Because it is in the polymorphic offensive action and the attack on the expressions of dominion where our present existence acquires real meaning.

On this occasion, united as groups with similar affinities, we coordinated our forces with a common objective.

Without annulling the particularities or the autonomy of each group, we freely agreed to act in a coordinated manner on the morning of Tuesday, August 25 by installing three incendiary devices with chemical delay mechanisms.

One of them was successfully installed in the underground wiring of the fiber optic network of Entel, the main telecommunications company in Chile. This attack was carried out in the center of the city of Santiago on Avenida Alameda.

The other two incendiary devices were installed within the structure of a cellular phone tower in the community of La Reina, at the intersection of Mariano Sanchez Fontecilla and Troncos Viejos. One of the devices was placed in the electrical feeder of the tower and the other was installed in its cables. Both devices were activated successfully at approximately 2AM, resulting in serious damage to the target.

We claim these coordinated actions as a minimum expression of experimental forms of attack that seek to hinder by means of sabotage the normal functioning and technological progress of the current system of domination. By building on the connections between our groups rather than the differences we are creating the possibilities of actions in the present, through trial and error, always cautious with our steps.

We know that we are not the first and that this has been a path forged with fire and gunpowder by other groups in this territory. There has already been more than 15 years of attacks by autonomous and anti-authoritarian groups in post-dictatorship Chile. 

We send greetings to all the comrades locked up inside the prisons of Chile and around the world, to all the groups of anarchistic action and to all cells of the Informal Anarchist Federation / International Revolutionary Front.

Veracruz, Mexico: Incendiary attack against a Toyota dealership

"The technological progress of civilizations requires us to wage war in the here and now against all domination and it's tentacles that gag us."

Early in the morning of Thursday, June 25 we detonated an incendiary device at a Toyota dealership located on Vallejo avenue making a mockery of it's security measures and avoiding the system's patrols and surveillance camera showing that war is here and now - that cameras, patrols, bullets and all measures taken to counteract our actions are useless. Because even though the system's surveillance cameras are spying on every street and even though their henchmen are deployed throughout the country we continue attacking, gaining in our steps against domination.

We claim this action in the name of every comrade killed, kidnapped, threatened tortured, imprisoned and prosecuted in Mexico and the world, to make it clear that every bullet is going to return - even if they kill us or imprison us they should bear in mind that they will suffer the same fate. For every dead comrade we will kill a thousand more for them. They say that Black June ended on June 7, well we say that it finishes neither on the 7th nor on any other day or month, this is a call to continue the permanent war.

Santiago, Chile: Incendiary attack against a car company by FAI-IRF

During the night of Monday June 15 we attacked a car company located in the vicinity of the intersection of Vicuña Mackenna and Amerigo Vespucci avenues in La Florida by placing an incendiary device inside one of the cars that was for sale. The resulting fire caused partial damages to the car and the company. 

We carried out our action in the middle of the collective patriotic alienation that was generated by the party for the Chilean national soccer team, choosing our target in advance and scheduling it in a way that made it clear that we were not interested in a random attack that could harm people who had nothing to do with our action. We acted within a few meters from a police checkpoint, demonstrating that the police do not have everything under control and that an attack is always possible.

It wasn't just a new car that we attacked, an attack on something material was not the only goal of our action; the attack was also against the background that houses each of these machines that shares the same meaning and sense of the domination of society. It is the collections of merchandise displayed in glass cases and shelves, the accumulation of capital, unscrupulous human exploitation through wage labor, the devastation of land to plunder resources, the lust for ostentation and the nonsense of production - everything was attacked that night.

And the fact is that authority not only expresses itself through social relations but also lies materially in an endless number of buildings, institutions, companies and representatives who sustain the domination, which are identifiable and are therefore a target of our fire. 

While what characterizes the current civilization is it's capitalist and technological qualities, our struggle is against  domination in and of itself and not just against some of it's expressions throughout history. It is the oppositional negation of the world of authority, power and it's merchandise that we are looking to find affinity with.

Among the sea of people who inhabit the metropolis of capital we organize as individuals  seeking to collectivize our desires for freedom in the attack against dominion, deepening our friendship and complicity through horizontal relationships that are antagonistic to the ones imposed by those in power, giving via praxis full meaning to the concept of CONSPIRACY, without leaders, without experts or specialists, without vanguards or platforms.

So we launched the attack as an autonomous action, which is the expression of our existential liberation in the here and now, simultaneously influencing both the environment and the reality that we are a part of. 

Assuming that there are no preconditions, we do not believe in the hopeless eternal waiting for the correct social or material conditions or the masses.

We live an existence of total combat, in each of it's infinite possibilities, without being determined by conditions that we cannot decide, like that of class, ethnicity or gender. Our decision making capacity is the only thing that we have left in this society that seeks to be a panopticon of behavior, where control is intended to be absolute and spontaneity of life is exhausted and faded under the punishment of /  the vigilant.

The decision to rebel is what binds us with those that are responsible for destroying their own chains, ignoring the cries / and resisting the onslaught of power to go on the attack looking for the disaster of the authoritarian reality that limits the possibility of a free life. That decision is where the wink of complicity and comradeship begins with all those individuals who act continuously and relentlessly, raising their heads with hearts swelling to stand up and assault with dignity that which robs us of life.

This day, six years ago,* comrade Mauricio Morales was heading to the school for prison guards in Santiago, in distant Chile, when suddenly the bomb, which he intended to place there, exploded prematurely depriving him of his life. Six years later, today at dawn, we carried out a double arson attack as a minimum tribute to the memory of the comrade.

We mined a two-storey building on Vouliagmenis avenue in Elliniko, where the offices of the insurance company Groupama Insurance (a subsidiary of the multinational banking group with the same name) and the offices of the multinational shipping company McQuilling Partners are co-located, placing four improvised incendiary devices. With this action we do not anticipate an impact on or the understanding by neither the willingly obedient mass of peaceful citizens nor the irredentist “professionals” of the movement. Of course, the recognition and appropriation of anarchist violent action by young comrades is a positive perspective. However, we do not see this as a condition or constraint for going on the offensive. That would be hypocritical, because part of our mentality and orientation, beyond the theoretical constitution and practice, remains the constant satisfaction of our instincts and desires, something which is far from negligible.

The reference to comrades who acted in past eras, even in other countries of the world, doesn’t aspire to be part of some sort of encyclopaedic record to be used by all types publicist and forgers of history and of our struggle. Neither do we want to give lessons of revolutionary history. Besides, the people more appropriate to talk about struggles of the past are the comrades who are in enemy hands for their choices and the people close to those who fell in battle. Through our actions, we keep alive the memory of the fallen and embody from our bastion the vision of those who were captured by the state!

Every gesture, every word, every syllable, every smile and every breath of anarchist fighters is proof that the anarchist war against the status quo doesn’t retreat, doesn’t get bought, intimidated or compromised and finally that it remains on the edge of the razor of the struggles for individual and collective liberation, despite the continuous suppressive shielding of domination by all means and the hits the anarchist structures and comrades have taken worldwide. The lives of our comrades are priceless and irreplaceable!

Our solidarity with the imprisoned anarchist comrades co-exists in the struggle itself and is daily verified via small and big actions. It is not activated by the method of a metaphysical or petty political automation, because in that case it simply doesn’t exist. Our solidarity is a condition of constant war against the world of authority and a sinful comradely relationship that sometimes remains hidden, like childhood loves, and conspires away from the prying eyes of the babylonian society and sometimes is unpredictably expressed by desecrating the sacred social values. Solidarity with the comrades in war, before and after the prosecutions, with or without a hunger strike!

Through this action of ours, we are given the chance to talk about some serious cases that take place not only in Greece but in Chile also, and about which, we’d like to say so much and do much more:

1. Today, the appeal court of Revolutionary Struggle started in the special court of Korydallos prisons, where Kostas Gournas and Nikos Maziotis, members of the organization and comrades Vaggelis Stathopoulos and Christoforos Kortesis are being trialed. We are confident that the imperious attitude of all comrades, just like in the first trial of the organization, will be a source of inspiration and a bright example of fighting for the rebellious of our generation. A raised fist for the wanted revolutionary Pola Roupa who has claimed responsibility for her participation in the organization. We never forget nor forgive the death of Lambros Fountas, who fell dead with his gun in his hand by police gunfire. Let the anarchist fighters’ trials become convictions of the state and the bosses!

2. Since April 14, comrades Juan Flores, Guillermo Duran and Nataly Casanova, prisoners of war of the Chilean state, are on a hunger strike claiming, inter alia, the end of prosecutions based on DNA and the end of harassments towards their friendly and family environment. (Without any intention to prioritize, we deliberately mention these certain demands, as they remind us of the recent mass hunger strike of the anarchist prisoners in our country and highlight the clearance in which both the struggles inside prison and also the state repressive practices in two different continents take place). Since May 18, in solidarity with their struggle, rebellious prisoners Marcelo Villarroel, Freddy Fuentevilla, Carlos Gutiérrez, Juan Aliste, Alejandro Astorga, Hans Niemeyer, Alfredo Canales are also on a hunger strike.

Czech Republic: Incendiary attack on a police car by Network of Revolutionary Cells

On Friday May 15 we torched a police car parked in front of the Hostivařská street police station in Prague. This was the result of an act of sabotage carried out by M.A.P. cell. We decided to transform our anger into direct attack and took action as part of the Network of Revolutionary Cells.

We had long been tormented by fear and indecision but then on April 28 came the breakthrough: police launched an attack against the anarchist movement in the country where we live and this finally facilitated our decision to take action. We believe that others will also make decisions of this type.

The torching of a police car is perhaps only a small step towards what needs to be done to put an end to capitalism but this step opens up new possibilities. Previously such a step was inaccessible to us as we were unable to go beyond the limits of protest - barking a lot but never biting our enemies. But now we have broken the shackles of bourgeois morality. For the state and capital we are now no longer the harmless snake oil salesman. We are becoming a threat because we have begun to destroy what is destroying us.

This is just the beginning, the struggle continues!

Montevideo: Incendiary attack against the Chamber of Construction of Uruguay (CCU)

At dawn on the 1st of May we carried out an incendiary attack against the Chamber of Construction of Uruguay (CCU). While the result was less damaging than expected, we do know that the attack was accurate. However the powers that be have responded with silence, this is not the first time that this has happened and we believe that it is intentional.

Based on this fact we have decided to publish the news of our attack and we call on all compañeros in the region to do the same in order to awaken and spread the contagion of insurrection.

We trust that the reason for our attack does not need to be explained but just in case then here are the fundamentals: The CCU is the organization for the employers of the construction industry which is one of the main industries in the region and one of the main drivers of urban development. Needless to say, the companies related to this industry are highly exploitative of both people and territories so certainly any attack on this industry is a blow to the system of capitalist domination.

Chile: FAI-IRF claim incendiary attack against a Chilectra substation in Santiago

An Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI) - International Revolutionary Front (IRF) cell based in Chile calling itself Grupo Kapibara have released a communique claiming responsibility for an incendiary attack against a substation of the electricity provider Chilectra in Santiago on 06.05.15.

According to the communique a timed incendiary device containing 1.2 liters of gasoline and 400 grams of polystyrene was placed in a room inside the substation. The timing mechanism was set to activate half an hour after placement of the device but for unknown reasons activation did not occur until several hours later.

The communique states that the action was carried out in order to strike a destructive blow against the techno-industrial system in defense of Mother Earth. The communique also contains expressions of solidarity with the anarchist nihilist prisoner Spyros Mandylas held captive in Greece, the comrades Nataly, Juan and Guillermo on hunger strike in Chile and the comrades Sol, Tato and Javier, also imprisoned in Chile. Mention is also made of fallen anarchist Punky Mauri who died in 2009 while attempting to place a bomb at the prison warden's school in Santiago, Chile. 

Belgium: Incendiary attack against Vilvoorde police station

On the 5th of May the police station at Vilvoorde was set on fire. A person or persons unknown climbed over a fence and entered an interrogation room via a skylight where a fire was lit with combustion accelerators. The fire had already extinguished itself by the time police attended, however damage had been caused to the door and window by flames and smoke. According to mainstream Belgium press reports the police and other authorities are clueless as to who may have been responsible for the attack.
